It has been a few years since I retired..plan on re activating license. The topic was most interesting to me considering that when I was trained there was ZnPO4 only used for permanent cementation. We used ZnO for temp and medication. It was interesting to see the history of cements and to think I was there when composites replaced silicates [Adent], Glass Ionomers and PolyCarbs came along. It is wonderful to hear about the new Self Adhesive Cements, however proper tooth preparation is still of most importance and the new cement does not give liberty to poor dentistry.,

Outstanding coverage of a topic that every dentist needs to have an excellent grasp of. Thank you!

The exam was very easy to complete because it was a direct reflection of the article. More importantly, from a learning standpoint, the article was very clearly laid out and each material discussed was outlined well. I will keep the printed version of this article at the office and use a reference when needed.

I enjoyed doing the course and learned a lot from it. However, I was a little disappointed because I actually took this course on paper in the orginal journal and transfered my answers onto the computer. I went over all answers and double-checked everything being sure that I had marked them all properly. At the end, my results showed that I missed two questions that I know in fact I had the right answer on and remember reading over them to be sure. I looked back in the orginal journal where I had all my answers and they all matched the correct answers. I know I still passed but still upse

I Had answered #19 A and #21 A . They were underlined as my choices but the correct answers with the two red asterisks were missing. I suspect this is a programing error as I re- checked and these are basic verbatim answers in the course.

The course was very good, but the 2 questions I got "wrong" did not have the correct answers and 1 of the 2, question #21 I feel I should have received credit for as being correct because my answer is a direct quote from the material. Also, question #29 is ambiguous if my answer is incorrect because the whole point of self-adhesive composite resin cements is that they do not require enamel etch.
